The powerful stainless steel wood-burning stove heats the water quickly, after which the 5 kW Poolex heat pump keeps the water warm in an energy-efficient way. This allows you to enjoy the speed and atmosphere of a wood-burning stove combined with the convenience of a heat pump.

The TICRA Hybrid Hot Tub is supplied as a complete package with a stainless steel wood-burning stove, 5 kW Poolex heat pump and compact internal filter. With Wi-Fi control, you can easily adjust the heat pump using your smartphone, allowing you to comfortably keep the hot tub at your desired temperature.

Quick heating with the wood-burning stove

Want to enjoy your hot tub spontaneously? Use the stainless steel wood-burning stove to quickly bring the water up to temperature. You can enjoy the traditional wood-fired hot tub experience without being completely dependent on electric heating.

Energy-efficient heating with the heat pump

Once the water has reached the desired temperature, the 5 kW Poolex heat pump can efficiently maintain the water temperature. This means you don't have to light the wood-burning stove every time, and your hot tub is ready whenever you want to relax.

The heat pump features Wi-Fi control, allowing you to easily set and monitor the temperature using your smartphone.

Compact internal filter

The hybrid hot tub comes standard with a compact cartridge filter on the inside of the tub. This internal filter helps keep the water clean and can easily be disconnected. For proper maintenance, remove the filter from the hot tub weekly for cleaning.

All TICRA hot tubs are delivered ready for use. The only thing left to do is connect the heat pump and add any optional accessories.

This heat pump can easily be connected to 230V – single phase – 50 Hz and has a maximum electrical input of only 1.80 kW, ensuring energy-efficient operation. For safe installation, we recommend connecting the heat pump to a dedicated circuit with a residual-current device (RCD) and using a splash-proof outdoor socket. This guarantees reliable and safe operation in any garden environment.

After installation, simply switch on the heat pump and select the desired mode via the control panel or app: heating, cooling (chiller), or automatic mode. Then set the ideal water temperature from 10 to 40 °C for heating or from 2 to 30 °C for cooling. The integrated circulation pump starts automatically and ensures continuous and efficient water circulation.

Thanks to the built-in WiFi, you can also control the spa heat pump easily via your smartphone. This allows you to set the perfect temperature for your hot tub anytime and anywhere.
