Put a tiny amount in the water in your sauna bucket and then pour the fragrance-infused water onto your hot sauna stove. The beautiful, spicy Alpine scent of the mountains will then be released in your sauna. The relaxation can begin! 

A sauna fragrance can also be used in a saunakko (sold separately). With a saunakko, a continuous sauna fragrance is diffused throughout your sauna very gradually.
