The use of round stones is recommended in HUUM saunas. Round stones complement the design of the heaters and ensure gentler steam.

You control the heat and steam in the sauna by pouring water onto the saunas. The shape, size and composition of the stones and their placement in the stove are what make the difference. We recommend round sauna stones in HUUM saunas because they produce gentler steam. The round shape causes the water to reach the inner stones and gradually evaporate. Sauna stones are easy to see in HUUM sauna stoves and form a beautiful, elegant sight.

How many sauna stones do you need?

For the DROP sauna stove, approximately 55 kg of sauna stones with a diameter of 5–10 cm are needed
For the HIVE sauna stove, approximately 240 kg of sauna stones with a diameter of 5–10 cm are needed.
The HIVE Mini sauna stove requires about 140 kg of sauna stones with a diameter of 5–10 cm.
