Wooden tabletop barbecue

Our experience of having our sauna delivered and installed was excellent. Unfortunately, the LED lighting stopped working after a few months, but this was dealt with really well. Clear communication, sticking to appointments and a proper repair job. Which is why we chose Ticra and they lived up to our expectations! !

Since 2020, I’ve had a total of four Camping Pods and one Finnish Kota delivered by Ticra, and I’ve always been very satisfied. That’s why this winter, I’ll be adding another Camping Pod and a Finnish Kota. The value for money is excellent, and I always receive professional advice. They really take the time to think along with you and consider the needs of your guests. A major advantage, in my opinion, is the show garden, where you can experience the Pods and Kotas in person and get a clear sense of what does and doesn’t suit you.

What a great company Ticra is! We had a warm and friendly introduction in the showroom, where we received detailed information about the barrel sauna we wanted. Delivery and installation were carried out exactly as agreed. A small issue with the thermostat was resolved quickly and professionally, and we even received a small token of appreciation for the inconvenience. We can definitely recommend Ticra!
