No, making an appointment is not required. You are welcome to visit us during our opening hours. Would you like to make sure that one of our experts has plenty of time to assist you? In that case, we recommend making an appointment in advance.

Absolutely! You are always very welcome in our showroom. Feel free to drop by for inspiration, to view our products or to ask our specialists any questions you may have.
Our showroom is open:
- Monday to Friday: from 08:30 to 17:00*
- Saturday: from 09:00 to 16:00
You are very welcome during our opening hours. Making an appointment is not required, but you are of course welcome to do so.
*The Maastricht showroom is closed on Mondays.
We have a large number of models on display in our showroom, but not every model is available in every possible configuration. Many of our products can be customised and personalised, for example with different sizes, types of wood, colours, heaters and accessories. Our experts will be happy to show you the possibilities and help you configure a product that suits your needs.
Yes, we have a large number of products in stock in our warehouse. In addition, some showroom models are available for immediate purchase.
Many of our saunas, hot tubs and other products can be fully customised to your preferences. If you choose a personalised version, it will be specially produced and delivered for you. Of course, we will always inform you clearly about the current delivery time in advance, so you know exactly what to expect.
Yes, absolutely. In our showroom, you will find an extensive selection of brands and products from our collection, allowing you to experience the differences for yourself.
For example, you can view and compare different hot tubs from brands such as Skargards and Nordic side by side. We also offer a wide range of outdoor saunas, including classic barrel saunas, modern designer saunas, compact models for smaller gardens and spacious saunas for the whole family. You can also view various Finnish Kota cabins in different sizes.
In addition to the different models, you can compare materials, types of wood, finishes and configurations. Many of our products can be fully customised to your preferences. Our experts will be happy to show you all the possibilities and advise you on the option that best suits your garden, preferences and budget.

Yes, parking at our showroom is free. You can easily park right by the showroom and take all the time you need to look around at your leisure.
