TICRA teambuilding: Bird of prey workshop

In October 2024, we and the team had the unique opportunity to participate in a bird of prey workshop. During the workshop, we came face to face with impressive birds of prey, such as the secretary bird, falcons, and hawks.

The workshop focused on communication, leadership, and trust. In addition, we learned the technique of falconry, an ancient art that requires concentration, trust, and patience.

During the outing, fun and excitement were closely linked. The grandeur of some birds was admirable. A staff outing not to be forgotten soon!
