Choose your hot tub accessories

A Nordic Hot Tub always comes with a filter system and accompanying extra-insulated luxury cover. For an electric hot tub from Nordic, you'll also need:

• A set of steps (round or square), depending on your chosen model of hot tub,
• OSMO-UV protection oil if you’re keen to retain the colour of the Red Cedar wood. You can also choose to allow the wood to age. This won’t affect the wood’s lifespan. 
• Aerospace maintenance spray for the cover: applies an extra UV-resistant and dirt-repellent coating to the cover and ensures that it won’t dry out
• AquaKristal set including chlorine: maintains the water and keeps it clear and clean
• AquaKristal filter cleaner: use this to clean the filter in your Nordic hot tub once a week, soaking it in a bucket of hot water and filter cleaner and then rinsing
• AquaKristal test strips: for testing the water quality, including by means of pH and chlorine values
• AquaKristal PH-1: allows you to lower the PH value of the water if need be
• Cover holder: handy cover holder with a lifting system to fit your cover when using your spa. It’s suitable for all Nordic covers, i.e. both round and square models
• Filter cartridge: cartridge needs to be replaced once every six months
  And the icing on the cake: Chrystal Spa bath salt

• Skargards steps made of matching Thermowood
• transparent primer to pre-treat the wood on the outside
• protective woodstain (opaque or transparent)
• insulating cover, for Skargards Regal or Skargards Panel
• Aerospace maintenance spray for the cover: applies an extra UV-resistant and dirt-repellent coating to the cover and ensures it doesn’t dry out
  If desired: Skargards filter system together with
  
  • AquaKristal set including chlorine: maintains the water and keeps it clear and clean Skargards stoves are made of stainless steel 316, which makes them suitable for chlorine. 
  • AquaKristal test strips: for testing the water quality, including by means of pH and chlorine values
  • AquaKristal PH-1: allows you to lower the PH value of the water if need be
  • Thermowood storage box around the filter system (and perhaps also frost protector and UV light) to protect from the elements
  • If desired: Electric frost protector and UV light. A UV light will enable you to use your maintenance products from AquaKristal less. The frost protector and UV light are only possible in combination with the aforementioned filter system. 
• If desired: AquaKristal set without chlorine. If you’d prefer not to use chlorine, you can use this set to ensure that your water stays clean. That said, you will have to change the water more often than you would with a filter and chlorine. 
• Paddle: handy for stirring the water and distributing the heat evenly
• If desired: Skargards flue pipe extension
• If desired: wooden side table
• Recommended: Skargards flue pipe protection

Skargards Regal

• a set of steps made of matching Thermowood (2-rung or 4-rung)
• transparent primer to pre-treat the wood on the outside

• Aerospace maintenance spray for the cover: applies an extra UV-resistant and dirt-repellent coating to the cover and ensures it doesn’t dry out

  • AquaKristal PH-1: allows you to lower the pH value of the water if need be
